I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From day one, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable as a beginner. Houston, is not only extremely knowledgeable but also one of the most genuine people you’ll meet. He has created an atmosphere that truly feels like a family—supportive, encouraging, and motivating. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this is the kind of place where you’ll grow both on and off the mats.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff from the front desk to the mat. Awesome community from the kiddos to the advanced adults. Houston and his staff are one of a kind and will make you feel the same way!
