Our experience at Aim High has been outstanding and I can’t say enough good things about their martial arts program. My son joined in mid 2023 as a four and a half year old. He was super energetic, super unfocused and struggled to stay on the mat for more than 5 mins. Coupled with the fact that his best friend was in the class with him giving him more reasons to be distracted and constantly fool around. Teacher Deb, teacher Daniel and teacher Randal showed exceptional patience and skills in dealing with the situation and helping him develop his focus. Slowly we saw his attention span improving and fast forward to 2025, he is now able to focus for 2 hours straight in back to back classes. It has been amazing to see his growth. This class has now become my son’s favorite and he is always looking forward to it. Special shoutout to teacher Randal who has been exceptional with our son. He has guided and motivated him and has channeled his energy so positively. My son absolutely adores teacher Randal and looks upto him as a mentor. The curriculum with the belt system is very well designed and keeps my son constantly motivated. The opportunity to be ‘assistant teacher’ for a lower belt class has tremendously helped him with his leadership skills and motivated him to show more focus and set a good example for the 'little' kids. Apart from martial arts the many lessons on respect, stranger danger, safety and self discipline are super valuable. The facilities are great as well and the staff at the front desk is always welcoming and kind. I am so glad I found this program!

Great place to motivate kids. My kid has been with AIM HIGH for over 1.5 years. It's a great experience for self-motivation and self-discipline. Kuddo for teacher Randal, Deb, Daniel and others. This is not only an after-class activity but a place where kids constantly challenge themselves to be better during the training.

Our experience with Aim High Martial Arts has been outstanding. This program taught my son so much more than martial arts. Their curriculum is rich with valuable lessons on safety, making wise choices, stranger danger, respect, resilience, and a growth mindset. As an educator with over 15 years of experience, I was genuinely impressed by the coaches’ expertise, teaching methods, patience, and unwavering ability to keep students motivated every single class. Coach Randall, Deb, Michael, and Daniel worked closely with my son, and each coach truly exemplified quality instruction, care, and respect for their students. My son learned life skills here that extend far beyond the mat, and if we hadn’t moved, I could absolutely see him pursuing his journey to a black belt and beyond with Aim High. I can only hope they expand to the Tigard area because I know families here would benefit tremendously from their program.

My daughter started her Little Warrior program at AIM High 6 months back and she has learned a lot from this program just to mention a few: discipline, focus, respect, leadership skills, listening to number one teachers (Mom and Dad). Teacher Randal is so awesome and he is so good with kids. His man chats teach so many important things to kids like deep breaths, let go, good stranger and bad stranger. My daughter loves teacher Randal, teacher Deb and teacher Daniel and they all are so good and very encouraging and help kids to learn and grow in their mind than body. They focus on each kid based on their needs. Even though the class is full, they pay attention to each kid. We are so grateful to have teachers like these who are so dedicated and passionate. We are so glad that we made the right decision to enroll our daughter in this program at AIM High. This is the best Martial Arts academy. Swapna & Ajay

Adding in another review, this time of their Summer Camps! My kiddos - now my daughter (5) and son (7) - go to Aim High for the Warrior Jr program and Taekwondo. This summer we added in Summer camps and Parents Night Out, and here's my honest review of those. First, I am a parent who has had a children pass away, so, rightfully so, I am over protective and cautious about who I will leave my children with - probably to the extreme. So, we started off with Parents Night Out. Julie and Lindsay both listened to my crazy concerns, spent time to help reassure me, and made me feel comfortable leaving them there. You add in the precautions they take and "security" they provide when it comes to pick-up, allergies, etc., it made it a little easier. I would be lying if I didn't say I watched them from the parking lot for a little. After that went amazing and my kids LOVED it, we decided to try out Summer Camps. Mixed in with our summer adventures, we went to the Lego and Marvel camps (photos from the Marvel camp). My kids had SO much fun. They break them up into groups based on their age, did tons of activities (sending them home tired - YAY), and even mix in martial arts classes. The communication with the event staff was always top notch. Also, the activities/art that my kiddos came home with were super cute and a great memorabilia that they could hold on to. They made friends and memories. I would definitely recommend trying out the summer camps, PNO, school closure camps, anything they have to offer.

Very good place for anyone who want to learn MMA or other forms of martial arts. All the teachers are black belt and very professional. I highly recommend Aim High.
