Best Gym in Toronto, highest level of jiujitsu alot of gyms cross train here because of the athletes, action reaction produces, some of the best athletes train here. The wrestling program is really good, coach Juwan makes it enjoyable and really knows what he talks about. This gym is the real deal if you want to improve in wrestling Juwan the guy to go too.

The staff was very friendly, lots of mat space and lots of body’s to roll with. I was here visiting from out of town and was welcomed to join in. Strong sense of community. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

I recently dropped in for a couple classes while on vacation in the area, and the experience was fantastic! The facility is impressive and clean, the staff were very professional, the training was excellent, and everyone was very welcoming! Whether you're looking for a permanent home gym or just looking to drop in for a class, I highly recommend Action & Reaction MMA.

This is an incredible facility, VERY CLEAN! Lots of space to work, proper change rooms. But most important, GREAT PEOPLE and GREAT PROGRAMS. The high level guys have no ego and will Work with everyone! If this is your first time stepping into a martial arts gym or you are a pro-this club is the place to be!

Action Reaction MMA is an amazing gym with a great atmosphere and top-notch training. From day one, I felt welcomed and motivated. The coaches genuinely care about your progress, no matter your experience level. Special shoutout to Coach Nick—his coaching style, knowledge, and attention to detail make a huge difference. He pushes you to be better while still keeping training fun and safe. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their skills, get in shape, or be part of a solid MMA community.

My family did kickboxing here, I loved the staff and instructors. It's a great experience and there are lots of sand bags for everyone. They have family deals making it very cost friendly. Highly recommended!!!!!

Professor Fernando “Gringo” Zulick is one of the GOATs. He built an amazing BJJ team. Kids, beginners, advanced, women, seniors, & competition class. Everything is there in a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment. I do recommend Action & Reaction for you and your family.

I joined Action Reaction in 2017 and have tried the BJJ, Wrestling and Kickboxing classes. Everyone here, instructors and other members are welcoming and encouraging. Over the years I am still here, loving my training journey with the friends I have made and am in the best shape of my life!

I've found the perfect place to train and improve my jiujitsu. If you're looking to train with champions and become one yourself, this is the right place. There are many training times available that fit my work schedule, and there are also activities for my children. The facility is quite spacious and pleasant, and I feel like part of the family at A&R.

Stop reading all these reviews and just walk in and try a free trial; won’t hurt I’ve tried about 5 other marital arts gyms (mostly kickboxing and bjj gyms) and Action & Reaction MMA stands out as the best; been coming here for 3-4 months as of now and I love it, from the trainers to the students to the different martial arts that take place. Great atmosphere; amazing place to actually train to fight/defend. Somewhere to get both mentally and physically strong. Can’t recommend this place enough
