  My family did kickboxing here, I loved the staff and instructors. It's a great experience and there are lots of sand bags for everyone. They have family deals making it very cost friendly. Highly recommended!!!!!

  I've found the perfect place to train and improve my jiujitsu. If you're looking to train with champions and become one yourself, this is the right place. There are many training times available that fit my work schedule, and there are also activities for my children. The facility is quite spacious and pleasant, and I feel like part of the family at A&R.

  Stop reading all these reviews and just walk in and try a free trial; won’t hurt I’ve tried about 5 other marital arts gyms (mostly kickboxing and bjj gyms) and Action & Reaction MMA stands out as the best; been coming here for 3-4 months as of now and I love it, from the trainers to the students to the different martial arts that take place. Great atmosphere; amazing place to actually train to fight/defend. Somewhere to get both mentally and physically strong. Can’t recommend this place enough

  I joined Action Reaction in 2017 and have tried the BJJ, Wrestling and Kickboxing classes. Everyone here, instructors and other members are welcoming and encouraging. Over the years I am still here, loving my training journey with the friends I have made and am in the best shape of my life!

  Professor Fernando “Gringo” Zulick is one of the GOATs. He built an amazing BJJ team. Kids, beginners, advanced, women, seniors, & competition class. Everything is there in a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment. I do recommend Action & Reaction for you and your family.
