Fantastic spot to drop into if you happen to be in the area. Coach is a great guy, the techniques are solid and everyone is super welcoming. Fun, friendly and safe. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Great gym! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The coaching staff was excellent, and the training partners were skilled and safe. I would 100% recommend stopping in if you’re Fredericton.

Did their self defense class, it was informative and amazing. I then just did a trail women's only jujitsu class. A lot to learn and definitely got confused here and there, but between the teachers and fellow classmates they helped me fill in the gaps. I look forward to going every week in the future!

The absolute best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym I've attended. Facility is immaculate, very clean and lots of mat space. Coaches are top tier. A friendly, welcoming environment to all belt levels. Can't reccomended this gym enough.
