First off, the gym at Aforce is very clean, which is always a huge plus. Mike and the other coaches are welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable of the arts! The gym is constantly growing and they do a great job of bringing in a wide range of talent and techniques. I can’t recommend them enough, not only as a team and mentors, but family!!

A great place to train and learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Everyone there is welcoming and passionate about helping others learn this great art. I was nervous to start a new physical activity as an adult (not wanting to get hurt) but I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. The folks here are great about being patient and gentle, allowing you to learn at your own pace and comfort level.

I've known and trained with both Mikes for years. They have great Jiujitsu, and the right attitude for teaching--egos are the enemy of getting better. They know this and exemplify it. The training at A-Force is challenging, insightful, cooperative, and fun. Give it a go!
