After trialing several different sports over the last year, coming to class today and watching my daughter light up and sink into her happy place was the best home coming we could have experienced. The instructors are phenomenal with connecting with kids of all ages and engaging with them so they listen and absorb important life skills. The classes are high energy and fun. I believe self defense and discipline is important for everyone to learn and can’t imagine our family learning anywhere else. We’re happy to be home!

Incredible! The instructors are amazing and not only are my children learning how to defend themselves, but control their actions, reactions, and response. They enjoy and look forward to every class.

We LOVE this place! My son and daughter are always eager for class and are very proud of what they learn. The instructors treat them with respect and I believe the kids respond to it. The environment has a supportive family feel.
