302 BJJ was established in 2007 and is the largest Gracie Jiu-Jitsu gym in the area. We are also proud to offer a kids program at both locations, as well as classes in Muay Thai, MMA, and yoga at our Kirkwood Highway location. We currently have over 200 students, and are the proud home to 20 black belts. It’s a privilege to teach this art of self defense to men, women, and children in the Delaware area.
Owner and Founder of the 302 Group. He has 25 years teaching and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and earned his Black Belt from Phil Migliarese in 2009.
Instructor at both 302 locations and co-owner of the Middletown location. He received his blackbelt in 2019.

Received his black belt in December of 2024 and has been practicing jiu jitsu since 2012.
Martial arts instructor with over 35 years of experience; holds the rank of 3rd degree black belt (professor) in Gracie Jiu Jitsu.
Jiu Jitsu practitioner and competitor who earned his black belt in 2024.
Has trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 1995 and received his black belt in May of 2019. He is one of the Breakfast Club instructors.
Founder of the Breakfast Club and its instructor. He received his Black Belt in 2017 and his first degree on his Black Belt in 2022.
Started training jiu jitsu in January of 2016 and is currently a brown belt at 302.
Could not ask for a better group to train with and the coaches are phenomenal. If you are considering trying out BJJ our looking for a new place to roll I could not recommend 302bjj enough.
We signed our daughter up for the kids class over a year ago. To watch her progression and the care the coaches have has been nothing short of amazing! My husband and I both even signed up for the adult classes and are proud to be a part of the 302 BJJ Family.

Great BJJ gym! My son and I have been training here for about 9 months. Coach Ray and the other instructors do a wonderful job with the kids program.
Our daughter and son moved from another gym to 302 in October and have thrived with the amazing coaches and the awesome environment. Their confidence and skill have grown so much in the short amount of time we have been here. My husband and I recently joined the adult class. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and we have enjoyed the experience and skills we are learning.
Both my son and I do jiu jitsu here and at the Kirkwood Hwy location. Awesome coaches and competitive training partners. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
