Great school, great instructors. These guys and girls make you feel like family. They are affiliated with Vicente Junior, a world renowned black belt under De LA Riva. So you are getting the best instruction for a fraction of the cost of other schools. Definitely worth a visit.

Been trying BJJ for many years now, and at this school since day 1. Great affiliation with awesome instruction. If your looking to compete or just get fit this is the place to do it. Come try a c3 class and re inspire your health transformation then stay to put yourself to the test in BJJ or MMA. Can't even express how much we love this place. The training is fantastic. The amount of joy on every child and adults face while on the mats really says it all. There is never a dual moment and something for everyone. Does not matter if it is your first class ever or your 10 years into the sport. You are always learning something. My daughter has been coming for 4 years and we would never think to go anywhere else. 5th Gen is honestly her home away from home.

I've been attending BJJ classes at 5th for 3 years. Definitely the highest quality BJJ instruction on the Eastern Shore, plus MMA and fitness classes, as well as kids BJJ and kickboxing!

I have only been going here for a few months and already I feel better The lessons are spent doing stuff and not just sitting If I was you I would go here :)
