May I start off by saying Master Kim is a wonderful instructor! My daughter is 3.5 years old and being able to be apart of Parent/little tiger class has really helped her maintain her focus. Practicing at home for the drills is also easier since parents are able to join in on the sessions for her age group…it’s become second nature. Her focus, coordination, even her speech have improved as she has to recite and memorize the moves/techniques, being able to teach a child and disguise it as a game is honestly a LOT harder than it looks but I’m truly thankful for Master Kim and his dedication to teaching not only my little one but my family as well! I look forward to watching my little one prosper! 10/10 highly recommend!
Fantastic school with engaged staff and instructors. Ability to have flexible schedule with timing of classes through the day. Very supportive environment to learn and grow. Options for young children through adults to enroll - while not required, it can be a great opportunity for parents to have a workout while also being directly involved in their child's activities, good for building memories and common interests. Classes are lively with everyone having fun while also learning important physical and mental skills. Strongly recommend!
We love Champions Martial Arts! Our daughter has been taking classes for almost two years and we have seen such a difference in her work ethic, attitude, and confidence. She loves it and has so much fun at each class, even when they're working hard. The instructors are engaging and great with the kids, and we enjoy the parents' nights out and other events they host. Highly recommend trying out a class!

Two grandsons have attended for six weeks and they LOVE it! I love boys looking forward to healthy activity while learning respect and self-control. Instructor Rhett and Instructor CJ deliver the perfect mix of work and fun, and the boys can't wait for their next class. Lots of individual attention. My favorite part: Instructor CJ has a sixth sense about how to reach each child and figure out how to get the best out of them.
Highly recommend Champion Tae Kwon Do! Both of my kids really have so much fun and are learning a lot. The kids get a lot of one on one instruction from the teachers which is really great!
I am so glad that Champions martial arts started a branch in Annapolis. Instructors CJ and Red are doing an awesome job training kids of all ages. They understand really well to deal with little ones and get their attention to the lesson. Kids get to learn many skills while having a great time.
The instructors are amazing and know when to gently push and when the kid is already challenged enough. They are very structured and have a planned curriculum, and the schedule is super flexible. Very professional experienced instructors. My son really looks forward to the classes. So glad we found this place!
In my first session with my autistic son and the instructors are beyond great! I’ve been turned down from multiple martial arts facilities but they welcomed us with open arms. Definitely will be coming back.
The instructors are so great at working with kids! They let the kids be kids, within reason of course, and still gently correct their form or call their attention. The classes start off with some conditioning/warm up, then they go to moves, and then they finish with some stretching. It’s very well taught and I highly recommend it.
