I went for a trial class on a Tuesday (my first ever jiu jitsu class). Great instruction, people, and atmosphere. They took the time to show me the basics and I was really impressed with how much I learned.

Loved the boxing and BJJ classes here. The coaching is top-notch — super knowledgeable and easy to learn from. I’ve already noticed big improvements in both my technique and confidence. Great vibe, great people. If you’re looking for solid boxing or BJJ training, this is the spot

We absolutely love this BJJ academy! My son has been training here since it opened two years ago, and it’s been such an amazing journey watching him grow. The coaches are not only super skilled and passionate but also so patient and encouraging. They make learning fun while instilling discipline and confidence in every kid. My son has made incredible progress in both technique and confidence, and seeing him light up with each new skill or belt promotion is the best feeling ever. It’s inspired me to jump in, too, and work on my own fitness while getting to bond with him in such a meaningful way. The sense of community here is what makes it extra special. It truly feels like a second family. The monthly Parent Night Out events are a huge hit with the kids (and a lifesaver for parents!), and they’re just one example of how much thought goes into creating an amazing experience for everyone. And let’s talk about how clean this place is! The gym is spotless, and you can tell every detail is carefully managed to prioritize safety and cleanliness. We’re so grateful for this place and the incredible coaches who pour their hearts into every class. If you’re looking for a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment for your child, and maybe even yourself, this is it!

I can't say enough good things about this place! It's exceptionally clean and truly deserves the highest award for setting the standard in cleanliness and professionalism. They offer classes that are perfect for both new grapplers and seasoned competitors, and their teaching style effectively supports everyone, no matter your experience level. The class hours are also very accommodating for those of us with working schedules, making it easy to fit training into our busy lives. Plus, they have a fantastic women's crew that trains regularly, which creates a welcoming environment for ladies looking to step onto the mats. Overall, I highly recommend training here!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at 4Korners! Our 4-year-old son absolutely loves coming to class each week. The instructors are incredibly patient, encouraging, and know exactly how to connect with young kids. They’ve helped him build confidence, focus, and discipline in such a fun and supportive environment. We’ve noticed huge improvements not just in his physical abilities, but also in his listening skills and self-esteem. It’s clear the coaches genuinely care about each child’s growth both on and off the mats. We’re so grateful to have found this amazing place and highly recommend it to any family looking for a positive and empowering jiu-jitsu program!

Been training here for a bit now and the environment is very welcoming but very technical. The teachers in both BJJ and boxing focus alot on teaching and making sure you are getting the correct methods. I was originally afraid that they would just use you for a punching bag for a few months before actually teaching you anything, but that is not the case. They are very careful about injuries as well, so that is great!

My 5 year-old son (Littles class) has been going to 4Korners Jiu Jitsu for over a year averaging 2 - 4 lessons a week. The teacher to student ratio is excellent at about 1:3-5. You pay a flat rate and can show up to as many lessons that are offered for your child's age group. They also offer private lessons and various adult tracks and fitness programs. We love it here and we love the community that has been built. Coach Ashly, Jason, Nicci & Luis are absolutely amazing in that they are instilling discipline and confidence in my child. He looks forward to his lesson everyday and is developing a sense of pride and accomplishment with each move he masters and each stripe/belt he earners. He is understanding the value of hard work and being a part of a team. This place is more than just an afternoon activity. It's a place where my son is learning life skills and having so much fun. When my daughter turns 4, she will most definitely be enrolled with her brother.

If you are looking for a safe environment to learn a new skill, 4K Jiu Jitsu is a fantastic place to start. 4K Jiu Jitsu helps to build confidence, improve your thought process under pressure, and reduce everyday stress. I know everyday I show up to the gym, I will leave feeling better physically and mentally. 4K Jiu Jitsu has become a constant positive influence in my life. The gym owners care about my Jiu Jitsu development and my personal life. They have created a great community. If you are a woman I can attest to the fact that 4K is a safe space to be put in difficult situations. They have a great safety culture especially for their female members. Come on out to the gym I promise you will not regret it.

Best jiu jitsu gym in the area hands down! The classes mix a bit of self-defense, jiu-jitsu technique and training with a partner which has helped me learn so much faster and have a better understanding of the moves we are learning. The gym is always very clean and the staff and training partners have always been very nice and welcoming even for new comers who have never trained. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to learn jiu-jitsu in the Frisco, McKinney, Allen or Little Elm area.

My son has been training at 4 Korners Jiu Jitsu for 11 months now and could not be happier. Owners, Operators, and Coaches Ashly and Jason have nurtured a love of Jiu Jitsu in him. He will go and train any and every time we’ll bring him. The facility is kept extremely clean and is very inviting. Ashly and Jason are great people, knowledgeable coaches, and truly care about their members and their families. They are both very intentional coaches and make it fun for kids, teens, and adults. It’s obvious that when they come in to train, they truly want to be there. We look forward to many more years at 4 Korners Jiu Jitsu!

A Perfect Blend of Family-Friendly Environment and Expert Training! I've been training at 4 Korners Jiu Jitsu along with my two kids, and it's an absolute gem of a find! The atmosphere here strikes a perfect balance between being family-friendly and maintaining high standards of Jiu Jitsu training. The coaches are nothing short of amazing – knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely interested in every student's growth. Safety is a top priority, making it a worry-free environment for both kids and adults. The methodology is commendable, focusing on both the physical and mental aspects of Jiu Jitsu, which is incredibly beneficial for my kids. They've not only learned self-defense but have also gained confidence and discipline. The sense of community is strong, and we've been welcomed like family since day one. It's more than just a training center; it's a place where lifelong skills and friendships are built. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional Jiu Jitsu training in a safe, supportive, and family-oriented environment, look no further than 4 Korners Jiu Jitsu. Highly recommended for all ages and skill levels!
