    Absolutely the best instruction around. Family first environment, and Glenn the head instructor/owner will absolutely give the shirt off his back and food from his plate to help others around. The culture at this gym builds great fighters and even better humans.

    Wonderful gym to be a part of. Glenn is a great coach with a great curriculum for his students to learn the art of jiu jitsu. Great facility with great people inside of it.
