10P Springfield is the best! Welcoming, informative, encouraging. All the instructors are fantastic, all the students are supportive of each other and want you to learn. I felt completely comfortable from day one and recommend anyone that’s even a little bit curious to come check it out. You won’t find a better group of people all working hard at improving their skill and wanting others around them to succeed. I can’t say enough nice things about this place, the staff or the other students.
Posted 1 year agoHave been training here for the past few months as a first-timer to jui-jitsu and have gained invaluable insight from the amazing peers, staff and coaches that are a part of this team. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of skill or experience!

Posted 1 year agoPat has done a phenomenal job creating a welcoming and inclusive space. He is a dedicated coach who continuously works to provide the highest quality learning experiences for his students. You'll be hard pressed to find a and knowledgeable and caring coach than Pat. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn Jiu Jitsu or advance their current skill level.
Posted 2 years agoIf you want to do Nogi Jiu Jitsu, this is the place. I came in, met welcoming and ambitious students and instructors. Pat (the owner/head instructor) does a great job of teaching, but also encouraging students to adapt their own style to their jiu jitsu. I had been looking for a new sport/hobby to dedicate myself to. I came here and met determined and passionate people, and I knew was in the right place.
