Such a great gym. Coach Ben is excellent at teaching. I’ve learned so much since I’ve started training. Everyone at the gym is extremely fun, welcoming, kind, and encouraging. Training at this gym is great for your physical and mental health. I highly recommend joining.

Its incredible a small town like Bath actually has a training facility of this caliber. Whether you are looking to train for self defense, competition, weightloss, or just for fun this is the place to be. Ive been training there since the day they opened and the gym has become a vital part of my existence... They have adult no gi jiu jitsu, kids no gi jiu jitsu, wrestling for jiu jitsu, karate, and boxing! If youre thinking about training, just do it.... You will not regret it ... Great facility, great people, great technique, great times.... 10P4L! LONG LIVE STINGRAY!

My son just started there a few weeks ago, he's a teen and the group is very friendly to him which made him very comfortable. This group also does competitions together and the coach is there and helps all the students during their matches, it is a really supportive environment. Overall the vibe of the gym is great!

I joined this place for fitness and self-defense, and it has given me so much more. This is now my therapy, my release, and my passion. Coach Ben is an incredible black belt and very good at teaching his craft. The facility is clean. The people are nice. Highly recommend.
