  Complete beginners are welcome here! Everyone is very welcoming. No overzealous people here. Everyone is supported from the very beginning. The training is highly structured! Position by position over several weeks. The movements are repeated frequently, and each one has its purpose. Nico and Peter break this sport down to its smallest components, ensuring that every move and sequence is easily understood. Cleanliness is also a top priority. The mats are thoroughly cleaned after every session.

  0711 BJJ in Stuttgart is simply exceptional! I've trained at many gyms, but none have impressed me as much as this one. Peter is truly an outstanding instructor—in my opinion, the best! He possesses an incredibly deep knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and knows so many impressive, precise techniques, which he explains in an incredibly clear and calm manner. It's fascinating how he conveys even complex movements so clearly that you can immediately put them into practice. His patience, his friendliness, and his sensitivity make training with him something truly special. You can immediately tell that he teaches with passion and is genuinely interested in the development of each individual. I was able to learn an incredible amount from him in a short time—both technically and personally. Nico Penzer is also a fantastic instructor! He's at an extremely high level of BJJ, brings a wealth of experience, and always shares his knowledge in a helpful and friendly way. His tips are invaluable, and he manages to fill every training session with positive energy. 0711 BJJ Stuttgart is the perfect place for me to train BJJ at the highest level – with great people, a fantastic atmosphere, and instructors who are passionate, experienced, and dedicated.
