  We've been involved since the beginning and are still enthusiastic. It was especially important to me that my son learn respect, not just hitting. That was the focus from the very first lesson. Among other things, the children learn to defend themselves playfully, but also to be serious and attentive. The exercises are practiced until they're mastered and repeated regularly. The trainers are all great with the children, very patient and motivating. So, we're very satisfied and will be participating for a long time.
