Rockland is home to Flow Sub Only, which runs the town's BJJ tournament calendar. The Flow Sub Only Open is the main event series, and Flow Sub Only Underground events are also held here.
Events use submission-only rules, and many offer Gi, No-Gi, kids and absolute divisions. October is by far the busiest month, followed by March and June, with occasional events in January and May.
