Helena is one of the main BJJ tournament locations in Montana, with a small but regular calendar of statewide events.
Grappling Industries Montana is the most frequent event, and United Grappling also runs Montana tournaments in Helena. Around two thirds of events offer Gi, No-Gi, kids and absolute divisions, and round-robin brackets are common. September is the busiest month, followed by February, December and June.
