Camas has a small BJJ tournament calendar, with events also held in nearby Vancouver and Ridgefield. Forged Through Fire: Jits in July is a recurring summer event, and Emerge Jiu Jitsu runs the Emerge Fall Challenge. AVA World Submission Grappling Federation US has held AVA Portland in Ridgefield.
Gi divisions are more common than No-Gi, and around half of events include kids divisions. About a third offer an absolute division. July and September are the busiest months, with further events in August and October.
