Organised by the Malaysia Wrestling Federation (MWF) in collaboration with the Jabatan Belia dan Sukan Negara (JBSN), this national-level combat sports championship brings together the best from across the region in three dynamic disciplines: Wrestling, Grappling, and Pankration.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a rising talent, this is your platform to compete, learn, and showcase your skills on a prestigious national stage.
This event will bring together wrestlers from across the region to compete at the highest level in a national open format.

?? Divisions with fewer than 3 participants (or 2 for seniors) may be merged. Competitors will be given an option to move up if no suitable division is available.
?? Weigh-In Guidelines
- All competitors must wear competition attire during weigh-ins.
- No weight allowance.
- Missing weight = automatic disqualification.

Wrestling Attire:
- Singlet OR short-sleeved rash guard and tights/shorts
- Wrestling shoes (optional)
- No zippers or pockets allowed
Grappling Attire:
- short-sleeved rash guard and tights/shorts
- No zippers or pockets allowed
Amateur MMA Attire:
- short-sleeved rash guard and tights/shorts
- No zippers or pockets allowed
- Groin Protectors (Optional)
- Mouth guard (Optional)
- Shin Guards, Gloves and Head protector will be provided by organizer.
Coaches and Managers:
- Must wear polo/T-shirt, long pants, and shoes when in the corner.
?? Failure to comply with attire rules may lead to disqualification.

- UWW Rules will be enforced.
- All competitors are expected to review and understand the rules beforehand to ensure fair play.
