🗓 Schedule
- Doors open: 12:00
- Weigh-in: 12:00 – up to 45 minutes before the first match
- Competition starts: 13:00
- Estimated end: latest 17:30
⏰ Opening Time
- Doors open at 12:00.
- Please do not arrive earlier than 12:00, as we cannot allow entry before this time.
👥 Visitors
To keep the environment organized and safe, we kindly ask participants to limit the number of visitors.
If you do want to bring someone:
- €3 cash
- €5 by card (Children up to 4 years old are free.)
- 1 coach per 3 competitors (FoC)
⚖️ Weigh-in
- All divisions (Gi & NoGi) weigh-in without Gi. Only shorts and rashguards or underwear.
- Competing in both Gi & NoGi? No worries, you just weigh-in once.
- Weigh-in also serves as check-in, so it’s important to stop by the scale.
- Be on-time; weigh is open until 45 mins before your first fight.
⏱ Match Duration
- 4–7 years: 2 minutes
- 8–15 years: 3 minutes
🥇 Medal Ceremony
Medals are awarded right after each bracket finishes. If your child places 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, please gather with the other medalists for a short ceremony and photo moment.
📜 Rules
We follow the official IBJJF ruleset. 👉 www.ibjjf.com/rules When belts differ, the rules of the lower belt are applied.

- 100% until Thursday before the event
- 50% on Friday or Saturday
- 20% on Sunday

What time do doors open and when does the competition start?
Doors open at 12:00, and entry is not allowed before 12:00. The competition starts at 13:00 and is estimated to end no later than 17:30.
When is weigh-in?
Weigh-in opens at 12:00 and is available up to 45 minutes before the athlete’s first match. Weigh-in also serves as check-in, so competitors must stop by the scale.
What should competitors wear for weigh-in?
All Gi and NoGi divisions weigh in without the Gi, wearing only shorts and rashguards or underwear. Competitors doing both Gi and NoGi only need to weigh in once.
How much are visitor tickets?
Visitor entry is €3 cash or €5 by card. Children up to 4 years old are free.
Are coaches allowed free entry?
Yes. The event allows 1 coach per 3 competitors free of charge.
How long are the matches?
Matches are 2 minutes for ages 4–7 years and 3 minutes for ages 8–15 years.
