Confirm Your Division: Please have your coach ensure you are in the correct division. All change requests must be sent in by Sunday, 8/16 @ 11:59pm. Please send all requests to bracketing@ufcbjjopens.com

What are the registration deadlines?
Early bird registration ends 7/22. Registration closes Tue 8/4 at 11:59pm, subject to change if divisions fill earlier than expected.
When is registration finalized?
Registration is not finalized until payment has been completed. To secure a spot, registration must be fully completed before the event reaches capacity.
When are the schedule and brackets released?
The preliminary schedule was announced as live on Fri 8/14 at 4:00pm. The final schedule was announced for release by Monday, 8/17 at midnight.
How can I request a division or bracketing change?
All change requests must be sent by Sunday, 8/16 @ 11:59pm to bracketing@ufcbjjopens.com. Requests must include the athlete name and requested change including weight, rank, or age.
What should I do if my bracket was taken down?
The 8/19 bracketing update says brackets may be taken down because an athlete dropped and the division is being re-bracketed. New brackets were to be posted that night by 10:00pm.
What is the last chance to cancel?
The last chance to cancel is Fri 8/21 at 3pm. This allows someone who is sick, injured, or missed a flight to cancel from their own account and not have the loss credited to their record.
