3) Cost: Early Bird $150, Regular $175, 2nd division $75
4) Relevant dates
a. Early bird registration ends: 7/22
b. Registration closes: 8/19
c. Schedule release date: 8/19
d. Bracket release: 8/20
5) Format
a. Youth-
Multiple matches. Medals for 1, 2, 3 place.
b. Adult-
i. White, Blue, and Purple belts- Multiple matches. Medals for 1, 2, 3, place
ii. Brown and Black belts- Single elimination. Medals for 1, 2, 3 place. Cash prizes for top black belt finishers
6) Day of:
a. Doors open at 8:00am, first match begins at 9:00am.
b. Match flow:
i. Youth no Gi --> Youth Gi --> Adult No Gi --> Adult Gi --> Absolute No Gi
ii. Youth divisions will run before adult starts
7) Weigh in's- 1 hour before your match. Doors will open at 8:00am, with the first match at 9:00am
8) All ages are birth year
9) All participants get commemorative tee shirt
10) UFC BJJ athletes will be onsite for meet and greets during event weekend!
