USEFUL INFORMATION
• Athletes must be ready to compete in the warm-up area 30 minutes before the scheduled time of their category.
• A valid ID must be carried at all times during the event.
• Athletes who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd will receive a medal at the event podium.
• Each academy may have only 2 athletes per category (academy/belt/age). If an academy has more than two athletes in the same category, the coach must email octogono10@gmail.com before the final correction deadline so the organization can create separate teams (A, B). This rule does not prevent athletes from registering.
• Any false information provided during registration such as the date of birth, may result in immediate disqualification. These actions may lead to suspension or permanent exclusion from future events.
• If you are alone in your bracket, you may contact the organization before the general check and request a change. The organization does not guarantee athletes in the new division on competition day.
• The organization tries to accommodate as many athletes as possible, but there is a limit to ensure event quality.
• The organization reserves the right to close registrations once maximum capacity is reached or on the scheduled closing date.
• It is each athlete’s responsibility to know the event rules.
• It is strongly recommended that athletes confirm their registration and complete payment before making any travel plans.
• Before each match, athletes must present a valid photo ID to the area coordinator.
