Description
The Summer Challenge (previously The Summer Classic) is back for it's fourth year! Last year was our largest summer tournament yet and drew competitors from multiple states and martial arts disciplines. Classic Combat is once again partnering with Robert Butturini's Knoxville Martial Arts Academy to create another great events. Like all Classic Combat events, we offer a family-friendly experience suitable for all ages, skill levels, and ranks.

Early Bird (March 21-April 30)
- 1st Division: $65
- 2nd Division: $15
- 3rd Division: $5
- Absolute Division (with division registration): $25
Regular (May 1-May 31)
- 1st Division: $75
- 2nd Division: $20
- 3rd Division: $5
- Absolute Division (with division registration): $25
- 4th Division: Free
Late (June 1 - June 24)
- 1st Division: $85
- 2nd Division: $25
- 3rd Division: $5
- Absolute Division (with division registration): $25
⚠ No day-of registration for competitors. All competitors must register by midnight, March 18. Spectators may purchase tickets at the door.
🎯 Striking Competition Format
Kickboxing Divisions: Semi-contact, continuous sparring style. No knockouts allowed — any knockout results in immediate disqualification.
🎟 Spectator Admission
- $10 per person
- Pay at the door (cash or card) or during online registration.
💵 Refund Policy
- Refund requests before March 1 will receive a voucher for next year’s tournament.
- If a competitor is alone in their bracket and cannot be moved to a suitable division, a full refund will be issued.
- No refunds or vouchers for adult fighters who miss weight.
