$15 admission for anybody who is not competing.
Early Registration: before August 11th at 11:59 PM - $100 for 1 Adult Division or 2 Youth/Junior Divisions
Normal Registration: before August 25th at 11:59pm - $120 for 1 Adult Division or 2 Youth/Junior Divisions
Late Registration: before September 8th at 11:59pm - $140 for 1 Adult Division or 2 Youth/Junior Divisions
Adult Absolute Divisions:
+$40 during Early Registration
+$50 during Normal Registration
+$60 during Late Registration
**You must register for at least one regular division to participate in the Absolute!**
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! We DO NOT accept late registrations or registrations the day of the event!

Divisions with 2 competitors will operate under a best-of-three format.
Divisions with 3-5 competitors will operate under a normal round robin format.
All weight divisions with 2 competitors will utilize a Best-of-three format.
All weight divisions with 3 or more competitors will utilize a Round Robin format.
All Absolute divisions will utilize a Single Elimination format. Again, athletes will compete for 3rd place (no double bronze)
**Medals and team points will not be awarded for competitors who have no opponents. Competitors with no opponents will have the option to move to another weight/skill level or received a full refund.
Weigh-ins will be available on Saturday starting at 8:00 AM for Kids and 10:00 AM for Adults. Competitors need to be weighed in 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for your first division!
You will only need to weigh in once if you are competing in multiple divisions.
You will be required to wear clothing (t-shirt and shorts) while weighing in. You WILL NOT be allowed to disrobe or "strip" to your underwear, so please plan accordingly.
Because you are required to weigh in clothed, there will be a 2 LBS ALLOWANCE for all competitors to account for the weight of your clothing.
You will not be allowed to switch divisions the day of the event. All changes and edits to your registration must be made by Thursday September 10th at 11:59 PM.
If you are unable to make the registered weight before the start of your first match - you will be DISQUALIFIED.
Competitors lists will be available to view throughout the registration period on the "Registrations" tab of the event page.
If you do not see anybody registered for your division - register anyways! In the event that we are not able to place you in a fair division, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration credit to a future event.
Event brackets and schedule will be available to view on the event page (Brackets and Schedule tab) no later than 12:00 PM Central on Thursday September 10th.
Brackets and Schedule will be available to view on television screens set up at the event, as well as on your mobile device!
You will have until 11:59 PM on Thursday September 10th to make any necessary changes to your registration. Changes to your registration can be made by logging into your account and editing your registration details.
After this time, you will not be able to make any changes or edits to your registration.
1st (Gold), 2nd (Silver), and 3rd (Bronze) Place medals will be awarded for each division!
Results will be updated LIVE throughout the event and displayed on the "Result" tab of the event page!
Full refunds will only be issued for registrations cancelled during the Normal Registration period (until 11:59 PM on August 25th)
Full credits will be issued for registrations cancelled during the Late Registration period and up until the edit/change deadline (until 11:59 PM on September 10th)
Following the edit/change deadline (11:59 PM on September 10th), no refunds or credits will be issued.
You can receive full refunds or credits by logging into your Smoothcomp account and cancelling your registration before the necessary deadlines listed above. You do not need to email or message us to inform us that you are cancelling your registration.
There will be a professionally trained and certified medic on sight for the event. The Medic will be available for competitors to receive ice, evaluation, and advice in the event of an injury.
