  • Weigh-in: 12:00 โ€“ up to 45 minutes before the first match

โฐ Opening Time

  • Doors open at 12:00.
  • Please do not arrive earlier than 12:00, as we cannot allow entry before this time.

To keep the environment organized and safe, we kindly ask participants to limit the number of visitors.

If you do want to bring someone:

  • โ‚ฌ3 cash
  • โ‚ฌ5 by card (Children up to 4 years old are free.)
  • 1 coach per 3 competitors (FoC)

โš–๏ธ Weigh-in

  • All divisions (Gi & NoGi) weigh-in without Gi. Only shorts and rashguards or underwear. 
  • Competing in both Gi & NoGi? No worries, you just weigh-in once.
  • Weigh-in also serves as check-in, so itโ€™s important to stop by the scale.
  • Be on-time; weigh is open until 45 mins before your first fight. 

โฑ Match Duration

  • 4โ€“7 years: 2 minutes
  • 8โ€“15 years: 3 minutes

๐Ÿฅ‡ Medal Ceremony

Medals are awarded right after each bracket finishes. If your child places 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, please gather with the other medalists for a short ceremony and photo moment.

What time do doors open and when does the competition start?
Doors open at 12:00, and entry is not allowed before 12:00. The competition starts at 13:00 and is estimated to end by latest 17:30.
When is weigh-in?
Weigh-in starts at 12:00 and is open until 45 minutes before the competitor’s first match. Weigh-in also serves as check-in.
What should competitors wear for weigh-in?
All Gi and NoGi divisions weigh in without Gi, wearing only shorts and rashguards or underwear. Competitors doing both Gi and NoGi only weigh in once.
