Tournament Schedule
Location: Niverville Recreation Centre, Niverville, Manitoba
Date: Saturday , December 20, 2025 at 9:00 am
Event details
Time:
- Tykes, Novice, Kids, and Bantam – 9:00 am (Weigh-ins at 8:00 am).
- High school, adult and masters – 11:00 am to noon weigh-ins. Wrestling starts after Elementary and Bantam divisions are complete.
- There is a 1 kg allowance for weigh ins. Wrestlers who are over weight will be moved up to the next division if feasible, or disqualified without refund if there is no suitable division for them.
- Entrance fee of $5 per spectator, cash only.
Deadline
DEADLINE: All registrations and payments on our payment form must be submitted by Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
FEES
$35/ wrestler.
Payment is required through Smoothcomp as part of the registration process. Your registration is not approved until payment is complete.

ELEMENTARY Divisions
- TYKES (Born 2019-2018)
- NOVICE (Born 2016-2017)
- KIDS (Born 2014-2015)
- BANTAM (born 2013-2012)
NOTE: Athletes will be placed into pools based on weight. Male and female athletes may be placed in the same division for Tyke and Novice age groups. Wrestlers may be merged one age group to ensure matches for each participant.
HIGH SCHOOL (Born 2008-2011)
WEIGHT CLASSES:
Men (kg): 38, 41, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 65, 71, 77, 85, 92, 100, 120
Women (kg): 47, 50, 53, 56, 59, 62, 65, 69, 73, 80, 90
ADULT (18+)
WEIGHT CLASSES:
MEN - 57, 61, 65, 70, 74, 79, 86, 92, 97, 125
WOMEN - 50, 53, 57, 62, 68, 76
Masters (40+)
Men:- 57, 61, 65, 70, 74, 79, 86, 92, 97, 125
Women: 50, 53, 57, 62, 68, 76
Weight classes may be combined to provide matches.
ADULT DIVISION WINNERS only will be awarded PRIZE MONEY! $30/registration will be placed into the prize pool so the more competitors, the higher the payout. Sign up early and encourage your friends to do so as well!
Masters (40+) can choose to enter the Masters division, the adult division or both. High school athletes wanting to wrestle Adult division require written permission from their parents and will be considered on a case by case basis. If you want to wrestle more than one division, please be aware that you will need to pay 2 entrance fees, and that your matches may be very close together!
ELIGIBILITY
- All Participants must hold a MAWA membership and be in good standing with the organization. Out of province wrestlers require insurance from their own PSO (OAWA, SAWA, etc).
