What is a TBA-SA Scrimmage?
Our Muay Thai scrimmage is an opportunity for youth ages 5–17 and adults of all experience levels to put their training into practice in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
Muay Thai, often called the “Science of 8 Limbs,” uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Beyond the techniques, it teaches discipline, respect, confidence, and perseverance.
This scrimmage is designed to give students valuable experience in a controlled setting while allowing them to challenge themselves, learn from others, and grow as martial artists. Whether this is your first scrimmage or you have previous experience, our goal is to create a positive environment where everyone can learn and improve.
We are committed to providing a professionally organized event where participants are treated with respect, appropriate safety equipment is used, and safety remains a priority.
