-Competitors are kindly asked to show up 1 hour prior to their first match, and then head out soon after they've completed all matches. This is to minimize the amount of people inside the venue - 2 coaches per gym allowed.
Spectator fee is adults $10.00 for each non-competitor, this can be paid by cash or credit card at the door.
TO VIEW MATCH TIMES, RING NUMBER, AND BRACKETS, LOG IN TO YOUR SMOOTHCOMP, INFORMATION WILL BE AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE. ALL MATCH TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR MATCH NUMBER(S) AND MATCH TIME(S). ONCE YOU ARE CALLED FOR YOUR MATCH AND YOU DO NOT SHOW, YOU WILL HAVE 20 MINUTES TO CHECK IN WITH THE SCOREKEEPER. YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP WITHIN 20 MINUTES.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE IN THE CORRECT WEIGHT DIVISION AND THAT YOU ARE AT WEIGHT, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!!! WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST BRACKETS AS NEEDED.
