Registration Fees
• Adults (18 years and above): KD 30
• Youth (10–17 years): KD 25
Note: Registration fees remain the same throughout the registration period. There are no early-bird or late registration rates.

All competitors must complete the official weigh-in during one of the following sessions:
First Weigh-In
• Thursday, September 24
• 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Second Weigh-In
• Friday, September 25
• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Matches begin at 1:00 PM.

Bracket merging is not automatic and will only take place with the athlete’s consent, due to significant differences between weight classes.
If an athlete successfully makes the required weight but is the only competitor in the bracket, they will not be declared champion by default.
The athlete will be offered the option to move up to the next weight class.
• If the athlete accepts, they will be merged into the higher weight division.
• If the athlete declines, a registration fee refund may be offered.
If an athlete fails to make the required weight and remains alone in the bracket, they may also be offered the option to compete in another appropriate weight class.
• If the athlete accepts, they will be merged accordingly.
• If the athlete declines, the registration fee will not be refunded
