1.Registration

•⁠ ⁠Registration closes on Monday, September 21 at 11:59 PM.

•⁠ ⁠No late registrations or exceptions will be accepted after the registration deadline.

•⁠ ⁠Competition brackets will be published on Tuesday, September 22.

Registration Fees

•⁠ ⁠Adults (18 years and above): KD 30

•⁠ ⁠Youth (10–17 years): KD 25

Note: Registration fees remain the same throughout the registration period. There are no early-bird or late registration rates.

2.⁠ ⁠Weigh-In Schedule

All competitors must complete the official weigh-in during one of the following sessions:

First Weigh-In

•⁠ ⁠Thursday, September 24

•⁠ ⁠4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Second Weigh-In

•⁠ ⁠Friday, September 25

•⁠ ⁠10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

3.Competition Schedule

Day 1 ( Friday, September 25)

•⁠ ⁠Youth Division (16–17 years)

•⁠ ⁠Adult Division (18 years and above)

Matches begin at 1:00 PM.

Day2: Saturday, September 26

•⁠ ⁠Kids Division (10–15 years)

Matches begin at 10:00 AM.

4.⁠ ⁠Weight Allowance

⚠️ Weight allowance: 300 grams only.

5.⁠ ⁠Bracket Merging Policy

Bracket merging is not automatic and will only take place with the athlete’s consent, due to significant differences between weight classes.

Special Cases

Case 1 – Athlete makes weight but has no opponent

If an athlete successfully makes the required weight but is the only competitor in the bracket, they will not be declared champion by default.

The athlete will be offered the option to move up to the next weight class.

•⁠ ⁠If the athlete accepts, they will be merged into the higher weight division.

•⁠ ⁠If the athlete declines, a registration fee refund may be offered.

Case 2 – Athlete does not make weight and has no opponent

If an athlete fails to make the required weight and remains alone in the bracket, they may also be offered the option to compete in another appropriate weight class.

•⁠ ⁠If the athlete accepts, they will be merged accordingly.

•⁠ ⁠If the athlete declines, the registration fee will not be refunded

Under 18 Division

  • Match duration: 5 minutes
  • Overtime applies only in the Finals: 3 minutes

  • Match duration: 10 minutes
  • Overtime applies only in the Finals: 5 minutes

How does bracket merging work?
Bracket merging is not automatic and only takes place with the athlete’s consent. How long are matches?
Under 18 matches are 5 minutes, with 3 minutes of overtime only in the finals. Adult Division (+18) matches are 10 minutes, with 5 minutes of overtime only in the finals.
