✅ Registration:
- Opens: February 20th, 2026
- Closes: April 3rd, 202
- Entry Fee: $35 per wrestler(ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS)
✅ Divisions:
- Men: 18+
- Women: 18+
- Boys: 7U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U
- Girls: 7U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U
- Weight classes listed in the registration portal.
✅ Liability: South Padre Slam and SUWABES are not liable for any bodily injuries sustained before, during, or after the tournament. By registering, you acknowledge this and agree to sign the required consent and release of liability forms.
🏆 Rules:
- Match Length: 4 minutes total (2 x 2-minute rounds, 1-minute rest)
- Scoring: Push Out: 1 point, Takedown: 2 points, Takedown (feet to back): 3 points
- Push Out: 1 point
- Takedown: 2 points
- Feet-to-Back Takedown: 3 points
- Victory: Highest score at time limit OR win by Technical Fall (8-point lead)
- Tie-Breaker: If the match ends in a tie, the wrestler who scored the last point will be declared the winner. If that cannot decide it, the wrestler with the highest value scoring action (feet-to-back) will be declared the winner.
- No Pins – All Neutral Wrestling
- Referee will blow whistle after every scoring action
- Stalling- Wrestler who doesn't engage will be called for stalling
- 1st warning=reminder, 2nd warning= 1 point, 3rd warning=2 points, 4th warning= DQ (disqualification)
