REGISTRATION SUMMARY
- Register early to save money.
- 1st Division: Includes an event T-shirt during Early Bird only.
- Kids competitors receive 2 spectator tickets with their first division registration (no extras with 2nd division).
- 2nd Division: Add 2nd division to compete in both at a discounted rate.
- Double elimination format means every competitor gets at least 2 matches per division—up to 4 total.

1st Division (Choose Gi OR No-Gi)
Cost: $65 Includes:
- Guaranteed 2 matches
- Event T-Shirt
- 2 spectator tickets (for kids' competitors only)
➕ Add a 2nd Division (Compete in both Gi AND No-Gi)
Add: $32.50 (Total: $97.50) Includes:
- 4 guaranteed matches total
- No additional T-shirt or spectator tickets
NORMAL REGISTRATION
May 9th - June 12th at 11:59 PM
Each division includes a guaranteed 2-match minimum, thanks to our double elimination format.

- 2 spectator tickets (for kids’ competitors only)

- No additional spectator tickets for kids
LATE REGISTRATION
June 13th - July 3rd at 11:59 PM
Each division includes a guaranteed 2-match minimum, thanks to our double elimination format.

- 2 spectator tickets (for kids’ competitors only)

Add: $47.50 (Total: $142.50) Includes:
- 4 guaranteed matches total
- No additional spectator tickets for kids
🎟 SPECTATOR TICKETS - as we are a cashless event, we can only take exact change at the door.
- Spectator tickets will be available on the Solid Series Website for $15 or at the door for $20
- Kids 10 and under enter free
- Each registered child competitor receives two complimentary parent spectator passes
- Wristbands are required for entry—no exceptions

We’re happy to offer discounts for families and upper belt competitors to make participation more accessible:

- 2 family members: $15 off
- 3 family members: $30 off
- 4 family members: $50 off Discounts apply when a parent or guardian is paying for multiple children.
Upper Belt Discounts
- Black Belts compete FREE
- Brown Belts receive 30% off
- Purple Belts receive 20% off

FRIDAY WEIGH-IN (REQUIRED)
All competitors—children, teens, and adults—must weigh in on Friday, July 10th, the day before the event.
- You do NOT need to weigh in with your gi
- Your recorded weight will apply to all divisions (Gi and No-Gi)
- A 2-pound allowance is permitted for your registered weight class
- If you're outside your chosen weight class, we’ll place you in the next best available division to ensure you get matched

If you cannot make it to a Friday July 10th weigh-in, please email us at info@solidseriesevents.com. Anyone who does not receive their wristband on Friday will need to pick it up at the Check-In Table on event day.

CREDIT AND REFUND POLICY
- You may cancel and receive a full credit toward any future Solid event up until the tournament begins.
- You may receive a full refund if you cancel by the end of Early Bird Registration (May 8th at 11:59 PM).
