What is Sock Wrestling?
It’s simple. Step onto the mat, face your opponent, and try to pull their sock off before they get yours — no shoes, no striking, just agility, laughter, and creative grappling!

Who Can Compete?
Everyone*! We’ve got five exciting divisions based on age and weight:
• Mini Warriors: Ages 3–5
• Junior Warriors: Ages 6–8
• Young Titans: Ages 9–12
• Teen Titans: Ages 13–17
• Adult Champions: Ages 18+
Each division includes multiple age, weight classes and male/female brackets. Medals and prizes will be awarded to first, second and third places in each category.
*Smoothcomp requires you to enter a club/academy affiliation when you sign up, if you dont have one please feel free to use British MMA
