Seixalidada BJJ Tournament – Jiu-Jitsu and Solidarity Hand in Hand
We are proud to present the Seixalidada BJJ Tournament, an event that combines the passion for Jiu-Jitsu with a social cause.
This charity tournament, limited to 200 matched fights, aims to bring the sports community together while supporting those who need it most. In this edition, all collected donations will be delivered to the Seixal Volunteer Firefighters.

After the registration deadline, registrations of athletes who do not have an opponent will be cancelled.

DEADLINES
- Registration deadline: 11 October 2026 at 11:59 PM

- Fight brackets published: 16 October 2026 at 11:59 PM
RULES
- Points will only be awarded for takedowns (2 points);
- Children's matches: 3 minutes
- Youth matches: 5 minutes
- Adult matches: 6 minutes
- Penalties will be taken into consideration;
- If neither athlete submits their opponent and/or the match ends in a draw, the decision will be made by the Judge, who will award the victory to the athlete they consider to have demonstrated the most determination and fighting spirit throughout the match.
CHARITY CONTRIBUTION
Athletes, accompanying persons and visitors: We kindly ask each person to contribute one pack of six 1.5L bottles of water, which will be donated to the Seixal Volunteer Firefighters Headquarters. This donation is mandatory.

The €1.50 advance payment made by the athlete upon registration is intended solely and exclusively to cover the fee charged by the Smoothcomp platform for the use of its software.
This amount will be refunded to the athlete after the competition.

If neither athlete submits their opponent and/or the match ends in a draw, the Judge will decide the winner based on who demonstrated the most determination and fighting spirit throughout the match.
Is the advance registration payment refundable?
