We will release the competition schedule and brackets once registration has closed.

Please note: We may move divisions to available mats if a mat finishes ahead of schedule. All times are subject to change—be sure to arrive early, as your match may start earlier than expected.

⚖️ Weigh-In

Weigh-ins will occur 15–30 minutes before your match, when your name appears on the monitor. You will weigh in with your full uniform on.

Kids & Juveniles (Gi)

• Early Bird: 250 SEK
• Normal Registration: 350 SEK
• Late Registration: 500 SEK

Kids & Juveniles (No-Gi)

Combined Gi & No-Gi for Kids & Juveniles

• Early Bird: 400 SEK
• Normal Registration: 600 SEK
• Late Registration: 800 SEK

Adults & Masters (Gi)

• Early Bird: 350 SEK
• Normal Registration: 450 SEK
• Late Registration: 600 SEK

Adults & Masters (No-Gi)

🎟️ Entrance Fee

• 100 SEK (Kids under 12 enter free)
• 1 competing child = 1 free adult entry
• Payment is due at the entrance

🔄 Refunds

• Full Refund if canceled by Wednesday, December 2nd, 2026, 12:00 PM directly on Smoothcomp.
• Changes in Weight Class: Wednesday, December 2nd, 2026, 12:00 PM (until November 29th, 2026, 23:59 directly on Smoothcomp; after that via email).

👥 Juveniles in Adult Classes

Juveniles (16–17 years old) may choose to compete in the Adult class. A signed guardian’s certificate is required for registration. This certificate can be uploaded during registration or emailed to the event organizers.

🔄 Group Merging Guidelines

Kids

• We will combine weight classes within the same age and belt (avoiding large weight differences whenever possible).
• We may combine different belt classes within the same age group.
• We may adjust weight classes while keeping the same belt.
• If no other option works, we may merge age or belt classes, or cancel the division with a refund.
• If merging isn’t possible, we will refund the registration fee.

Adults & Masters

• We require at least two participants to form a weight class.
• If necessary, we will merge weight classes within the same age group while keeping weight differences in mind.
• We may combine with the age group below (Master 3 → Master 2 → Master 1 → Adult).
• If merging is not possible, we will cancel the class and issue a refund.

Always check the brackets when published. If moved to a class you cannot accept, you may cancel under the normal refund policy.

🏆 Additional Information

• Merging of classes will primarily be based on weight and secondarily on age.
• Kids may sometimes be grouped by belt color as well.
• We aim to ensure at least 3 participants per class, but occasionally, two athletes may be sufficient.
