Weight-ins:
Because you are required to weigh in clothed, there will be a 2 LBS ALLOWANCE for all competitors.
Please competitors, try to be around your assigned mat at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time. Match times are in real time and should be checked frequently on the day of the event for any updates.
If a competitor does not arrive to the mat within 10 minutes of the first time they are called, they will be marked as a loss and the bracket will advance. This applies for all competitors, but please especially keep this in mind when registering for more than one division.
Weigh-ins: We suggest that competitors be weighed-in 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for your first division, especially those competing later in the day in case that we run ahead of schedule.
Because you are required to weigh in clothed, there will be a 2 LBS ALLOWANCE for all competitors.
You will not be allowed to switch divisions the day of the event. All changes and edits to your registration must be made by the edit/change deadline.
If you are unable to make the registered weight before the start of your first match - you will be DISQUALIFIED.

Qualify for THE CONQUEST:
Remember this is the last chance to make it as a team!
The qualification process works as follows:
● The 1st place team from the July event (Youth Team — and
the Adult & Masters Team) secures their spot in The
Conquest.
● The 1st place team from the October event (the Youth Team —
and the Adult & Masters Team) secures the remaining spot
for The Conquest Team vs Team.
If the same team wins both events, the team with the highest
overall points will be the one to compete in The Conquest.
The rankings are based on individual academies — not
affiliations — meaning only points earned by individual
academies are counted, not by any group affiliations.
