IT'S NOT JUST FOR THE PRO'S! This event has divisions for all ages and all skill levels. Whether this is your first time competing or your 100th time, we aim to give you the best experience possible.

Polaris Professional and Pro Sport Grappling Join Forces to elevate UK Submission Grappling.

Two of the biggest names in UK submission grappling, Polaris Professional and Pro Sport Grappling, are proud to announce a new strategic partnership under the banner Polaris PSG. By combining Polaris’ world-class competition platform with Pro Sport Grappling’s expertise in event production and delivery, the partnership will create the most ambitious and dynamic competition calendar the UK and European grappling scene has seen to date.

This new partnership is designed to create a clear route into the Polaris ecosystem, giving athletes the real possibility of building a career from their first competition as a white belt, right through to headlining a Polaris main event. We have divisions for all ages and skill levels. Your journey starts here!

As well as the standard divisions open to all competitor levels, we will be hosting a  Contenders NoGi division where the winner will win a place on the  Polaris main card. 

This is a unique opportunity only available at this Polaris PSG event. Participants must be ranked at purple belt or above, and consent to being filmed.

COACH PASSES
Every gym will be allocated gym passes based on the number of competitors. The coach passes will be available for collection on the check-in.
1-5 Competitors = 1 Coach Pass
6-10 Competitors = 2 Coach Passes
11+ Competitors  = 3 Coach Passes

REGISTRATION
Registration fees will be offered at a discounted rate, then a normal rate, then a late entry rate. Discounts are offered if entering multiple categories. Please enter early for the best price. Please read our Refund/ Credit Policy page for details on cancellation.

You can make changes to your registration via your Smoothcomp account until midnight on 8th April 2026. WEIGH INS 
Weigh ins are half an hour before the start of your division. There no early weigh-in option but you will only need to weigh-in once if competing in both Gi and NoGi Divisions. Please make sure you register in the correct weight division as failure to make weight will result in DQ without refund. There is NO TOLERANCE on weight categories and all weigh ins are WITHOUT Gi. For contenders, please read below.

We run a Smart Registration and Smart Weigh-In system which uses your Smoothcomp ID barcode. Please have this ready on arrival at the venue. This can be found on your Smoothcomp account section.

POLARIS CONTENDERS ONLY

Entries are on a first come basis. By entering you agree to all conditions of the event. Polaris PSG will NOT be paying or covering any travel expenses, you will be expected to get yourself to the event on time for the weigh in on Sunday 30th August 2026 in London, UK. 

POLARIS CONTENDERS DIVISIONS

The pathway from the grassroots mat to the Polaris Professional stage continues at Polaris PSG London on Sunday 30th August 2026.

This event will feature three elite men’s NoGi Contenders divisions:

-66kg
-70kg
-77kg

A 500g weight allowance will apply to each division.

The winner of every division will receive:

A guaranteed place on the final Polaris Professional show of the year in Southampton

A £500 cash prize

This is a genuine opportunity to earn your place on the Polaris stage, compete in front of the wider grappling community and take the next step towards establishing yourself at professional level.

Places will be limited and entries will be accepted on a first-come basis. Competitors must be available to compete at the Southampton event and consent to being filmed and promoted across Polaris media channels.
