Description
This is a no-gi submission wrestling format that uses the official grappling-only ruleset sanctioned by PANCRASE. Please note that this is NOT MMA, nor is any striking allowed. Please read the rules for further information.
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert divisions are available with multiple weight and age classes, as well as the Absolute division (only available to those who have already registered in another division). Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded in each category, and the Absolute Champion receives the golden samurai sword!
