$10 admission for all spectators
Children 15 and under are free
Registration:
Register by Saturday, February 4th at 10:00am $70
Register by Saturday, March 4th at 10:00am: $85
Register by Wednesday, April 1st at 10:00am: $100
You will have until April 1st at 11:59pm to make any necessary edits to your registration. Changes to your registration can be made by logging into your account and editing your registration details.
If your division does not have 4 participants by April 1st at 11:59pm, you will be issued a full refund if you would not like to compete in a combined division.
Full refunds will only issued for registrations cancelled before the end of the normal registration period on March 4th at 10:00am.
50% refunds will only issued for registrations cancelled before the end of the late registration period on April 1st at 10:00am.
After this time, refunds will not be granted.
Weigh-ins:
Friday, April 3rd: 6pm - 7pm
Saturday, April 4th: 8am - 10am
Athletes are NOT required to weigh in on both days.
Athletes MUST weigh in at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the first match their registered division.
Athletes will be allotted a 2lb weight allowance to account for clothing.
Athletes who miss weight will DISQUALIFIED.
Athletes who miss weight will NOT be moved to another division.
Athletes who miss weight will NOT be refunded.
Format:
Single-Elimination Format for all brackets
Athletes will be seeded based on Orbit Submission Series pro records.
Athletes from lower weight classes in combined divisions will be seeded highest for potential byes.
Divisions with less than 4 participants as of 11:59pm Wednesday, April 1st will be combined with an adjacent weight division(s).
Brackets & Schedules:
Event brackets and schedule will be available to view on the event page (Brackets and Schedule tab) no later than 2:00 PM Central on Thursday, April 2nd.
Brackets will be scheduled based on weight division. (See Bracket Schedule tab)
Rewards:
Medals for: 1st Place (Gold), 2nd Place (Silver), 3rd Place (Bronze)
Division winners of brackets with 8 or more registered participants as of Wednesday, March 4th at 11:59pm will instead be rewarded with an OCS belt.
Intermediate division winners will be designated as Orbit Blue Star Athletes entitling them to priority matchmaking for all OSS events in 2026.
Beginner division winners will be designated as Orbit Red Star Athletes entitling them to at least one OSS match throughout the rest of the year.
Skill Divisions:
Beginner: BJJ White Belts, BJJ Youth Belts, High School Wrestlers, etc.
BJJ Blue Belts and above, Judo Blue Belts and above, and College Level Wrestlers are NOT permitted in Beginner
Intermediate: BJJ Blue Belts, College Level Wrestlers, etc.
BJJ Purple Belts and above and Judo Black Belts are NOT permitted in Intermediate
Weight Divisions:
Weight Divisions will follow the official Orbit Submission Series divisions:
Flyweight (Women's) -125 lbs
Bantamweight (Men's/Women's) -135 lbs
Lightweight (Men's/Women's) -145 lbs
Welterweight (Men's/Women's) -160 lbs
Middleweight (Men's/Women's) -180 lbs
Cruiserweight (Men's/Women's) -200 lbs/180+ lbs
Heavyweight (Men's) -230 lbs
Super-Heavyweight (Men's) 230+ lbs
