📜 RÈGLEMENT ET FORMAT

Le tournoi se déroule sous l'égide des règles officielles UWW (United World Wrestling) du Grappling :

Sécurité avant tout : Maîtrise des soumissions autorisées selon les catégories d'âge et de niveau (interdiction des techniques cervicales dangereuses et des clés de genou/talon chez les plus jeunes ou débutants).
Système de poules / tournoi : Garantit un maximum de combats pour chaque participant, quel que soit son niveau
Tenue (Dress Code) : No-Gi : Rashguard (près du corps, manches courtes ou longues) et short de combat sans poches, fermetures éclair ou boutons métalliques.

Tarif compétiteur : 10 € adultes / 7,50 € juniors / 5 € enfants et ados.
Entrée public : gratuite (venez nombreux pour encourager les combattants !).

Aucune inscription le jour de l'interclub.
