WELCOME TO NAGA BATTLEGROUND INC.
Welcome to a new Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament Circuit entitled NAGA Battleground Inc. (NBG). NBG, while similar in some respects, is an entirely separate company from the North American Grappling Association (NAGA). NBG aims to provide competitors with a healthy, fair, and secure competition environment at an affordable price. NBG BJJ events have Gi & No-Gi Divisions for children, teens, and adults. Gi & No-Gi divisions will follow traditional BJJ point scoring systems with some minor differences. NBG also allows competitors to fight multiple times, even if they lose their 1st match.

- 2-Person Divisions: Best 2-out-of-3
- 3-Person Divisions: Round Robin
- 4-Person + Divisions: 4 or more competitors will now have a 3rd place bracket for those who lose a match enabling them to compete again at no extra cost

SPECTATOR PRICING
Children under 5 are free. Children 6-12 will be $10, and all other spectators will be $15 each in
advance or at the door.
PRIZE MONEY AWARDED TO BOTH MEN AND WOMEN EXPERT NO-GI DIVISION WINNERS
NAGA Battleground is thrilled to announce that monetary prizes will be awarded at all our 2025 events. Winners of both the Men's and Women's Expert and Absolute Divisions will be eligible for cash prizes. To qualify for the $300 prize, competitors must participate in both their specific weight class and the Absolute Division, with a minimum of four competitors in their Absolute Division.
*All absolute divisions are single elimination.

NAGA Battleground is seeking impartial referees who have a
comprehensive understanding of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu rule set. The referees'
responsibilities will be confined to interviewing competitors and officiating
both No-Gi and Gi matches throughout the event.
