WITHDRAWS/INJURY
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
Withdrawing from the 2026 MTO Youth Development Scrimmage is voluntary, we are not responsible for ANY circumstances on your behalf. Accountability is on the parents and coaches, not the tournament organizers.
Refund will only be issued, if you are the only athlete in your division and we cannot find another match up for you. Refunds will not be issued for injuries or other circumstances.
We ask that all athletes contact us if they are not attending. Athletes in smaller divisions may need time to be moved if they are left without an opponent.
WEIGHT CUTTING WARNING
To prevent and discourage “weight cutting” for youth competitors, we will include warnings on our website and registration portal, that no weight cutting is permitted. Parents and coaches will be warned to only register at the child's walking weight. Division transfers are allowed for free up to 1 week before the tournament starts. At weigh-ins, if the youth weighs in at a heavier/lighter weight, they are required to change divisions and are not given another attempt to weigh in.
DIVISION TRANSFERS
Division transfers are complementary until registration is closed 1 week prior to the event. Division transfers are complementary on tournament day, however athletes can only transfer into open divisions.
