REGISTRATION:
STEP 1: Registration
Competitors with a Smoothcomp account can register directly from the application, updating their profile picture, actual belt grade, and birthdate.
Competitors without a Smoothcomp account can fill out the Google Form and will be assisted with their new account.
STEP 2: Payment
You can pay your registration fee via the Smoothcomp payment options, the QR code from the Google Form, a money transfer to a savings account, or by contacting the organizer to coordinate other payment methods.
At the end of the Google form-filling process, in the registration form, you will be presented with the QR code and account number to transfer the payment to the Bancolombia savings account 34282193959 in the name of Kim Cuervo Vieira, or to pay directly on the app once registered and please sent the transfer suppoirt image to the organizer (Diego Valencia +57 3107360714) using whatsapp, identifying your full name and category.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: If you register directly through the app, you will need to complete the Google form. We need to obtain contestants' personal data and sufficient information to contact them if necessary, and to provide the event venue provider with the specific information they require.

GI: Kids, Juvenile, Adult, and Master (+30, +35, +40), genders male and female.
NO-GI: Kids, Juvenile, Adult, and Master (+30), genders male and female.
** Juveniles may participate in Adult divisions if their coaches authorize them to do so.

DAY 1 June 13th: GI Kids, Juvenile and Adult divisions. No-Gi Kids and Juvenile.
DAY 2 June 14th: Gi Adult divisions.
DAY 3: June 15th: Ni-Gi Adult divisions.

The University has a large number of covered parking spots. Payment is made only in cash on the same block's 4th (Fourth) floor.

TOURNAMENT RULES:
The tournament rules are the IBJJF ones. However, the fight times will differ:
Children aged 4-7 will have 2-minute fights.
Children aged 8-12 will have 3-minute fights.
Teens aged 13-15 will have 4-minute fights.
The other categories will have 5 minutes (juvenile, adult, and master).

CES del Poblado University, Address: 10A Street #22-04, floor number 13 of block B (welfare block). It is recommended that attendees enter with the registered athletes. RECOMENDATIONS:
We would like to ask that all fighters arrive at the scheduled times. Fighters must already be in the area, waiting next to the tatami when their fight is announced. Athletes must familiarize themselves with the Smotwhcomp application to stay informed about schedule changes or delays. It is also worth noting that athletes study the IBJJF rules. All athletes must avoid walking barefoot off the tatami. Finally, we'd like you to help us maintain the space and its cleanliness at your location, and to care for the bathrooms.

REFUND POLICIES:
1. Money will only be refunded until April 15th, 2026, and due to administrative registration costs, only 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
2. Subsequent money refund requests will not be accepted. Canceling your participation after April 15th, 2026, will allow you to reserve a spot for the immediately following event (MedellÃn Pro 8), with 70% of the amount paid applied as an advance, up to the equivalent of the first cut - next event registration value.
3. If a competitor is unable to participate, they may transfer their registration to another person, who will be required to pay a platform fee of COP $50,000 (USD $15) per category. Unfortunately, the event won't offer refunds; any such refunds would need to be arranged between the parties.
4. Cancellation requests submitted after the registration deadline, regardless of the reason, will not guarantee either a spot in the next tournament or a refund. Registration closes on June 7th, 2026.

RULES AND UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Official colors for Gi competition: White, royal blue or black.
2. No-Gi Rash guard: Must have the competitor's color rank (belt).
4. Weigh-in AJP rules (3.3) without disqualification but moving to the correct weight category.
