Uniform: Singlets are optional. Rashies, shorts and wrestling boots are required.
Rules: NEW Freestyle+ ruleset. Think of it as Olympic freestyle wrestling with a few tweaks that reward more action. (Perfect for novice wrestlers)

Junior Division
Weigh-In: 2:00pm – 2:30pm
Competition: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Presentations will be held after the completion of each weight division throughout the afternoon.
Senior Division
Weigh-In Options:
- 2:00pm – 2:30pm, or
- 4:00pm – 4:30pm
Super Matches
5:30pm – 6:30pm
