Uniform: Singlets are optional. Rashies, shorts and wrestling boots are required. (Boots can be purchased on the day)
Rules: UWW Freestyle, Greco-Roman & Beach wrestling rules. Rules will be explained during a demonstration match on the day prior to the event starting. (Perfect for novice wrestlers.)
