Doors open at 08:00hrs, competition starts 09:00hrs Sharp ! MAC Promotions Ltd are hosts of the London Open Martial Arts Competitions. The competition is OPEN to all Clubs and Styles.

Medals
All winning athletes will receive medals, Gold, Silver & Bronze
Categories
Categories to be included are : Individual Patterns/Kata’s (Forms), Synchronised Patterns, Creative Patterns, Self Defence, Points Sparring, Continuous Sparring and Team Sparring. Pattern & Self Defence Categories will be determined by age. Sparring Categories will be determined by height and age.
Rules & Regulations
There will be a briefing before the start of each competition for Coaches and Officials. The Event Arbitrator will be available to answer any questions regarding the rules for the Competition.

Athletes registration details will be used to include each athlete on the tournaments Insurance policy.
