- Rules & Format:
Round Robin (5 closest in weight, experience level and age), FULL GEAR (shin pads, 16oz gloves and head gear), 2min Rounds (guaranteed 4-5).
- LIGHT CONTACT / MODIFIED MUAY THAI RULES : NO elbows, NO knees to the head, only CONTROLLED spinning attacks, clinch and sweeps permitted. This tournament is about experience and technique, not power!
- Ages: (8-10, 11-13, 14-17, 18+ & 40+)

What is the tournament format?
The format is round robin with the 5 closest competitors in weight, experience level, and age. Matches are 2-minute rounds, with 4-5 rounds guaranteed.
What gear is required?
Full gear is required, including shin pads, 16oz gloves, and head gear.
What rules apply to the matches?
The event uses light contact modified Muay Thai rules. Elbows are not allowed, knees to the head are not allowed, only controlled spinning attacks are allowed, and clinch and sweeps are permitted.
What age groups are available?
Age groups are 8-10, 11-13, 14-17, 18+, and 40+.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis. Failure to arrive and similar scenarios are not eligible for refunds.
Is there a spectator fee or coach limit?
The spectator fee is $20. Two coaches are allowed per gym, and additional coaches are $20 at the door.
