Weigh-in and Medical Exams - 27 October 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Day 1 Bouts - 28 October 2026

Day 2 Bouts - 29 October 2026

Day 3 Bouts - 30 October 2026

Day 4 Bouts - 31 October 2026

Rules:

Foul language or gestures directed towards referees, competitors, and staff members will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary sanctions under the technical committee.

All teams, alternative coaches, and audience members must remain in their designated areas without interrupting the flow of the event. In case of violation, penalties will apply.

Repeated violations may result in banning coaches, players, or teams from upcoming events.

*Note: Fighters are required to bring their IDs. Players who fail to bring their IDs during check-in will not be allowed to register and may be disqualified.

The event will also include activities and food trucks for athletes, families, and visitors to enjoy.

Fees:

170.00 SAR (18-40 years)

150.00 SAR (10-17 years)

35.00 SAR (6-9 years)

Payment of registration fees will be on the day of the weigh-in and medical examination.

After the player is accepted, payment will be made through SPAN, either by debit card or Apple Pay.

قواعد الحضور:

1- احترام القرارات الصادرة عن الاتحاد ولجانه.

2- لن يتم التسامح مع اللغة البذيئة أو الإيماءات الموجهة نحو الحكام أو المنافسين أو الموظفين، وسيؤدي ذلك إلى عقوبات تأديبية بموجب اللجنة الفنية.

3- لمنع التكدس، يجب على جميع اللاعبين والمدربين والجمهور البقاء في المناطق المخصصة لهم، وفي حال المخالفة سيتم تطبيق العقوبة اللازمة.

4- عند تكرار المخالفات، قد يتم منع المدربين أو اللاعبين أو الفرق من المشاركة أو الحضور في البطولات القادمة.

ملاحظة:

من شروط التسجيل في البطولة التحقق من هوية اللاعب. نؤكد على جميع اللاعبين ضرورة إحضار الهوية الوطنية للسعوديين، وهوية مقيم أو جواز السفر لغير السعوديين. ولن يتم السماح لأي لاعب بالتسجيل في حال عدم إحضارها.

كما ستتضمن البطولة فعاليات مصاحبة وفود ترك ليستمتع بها اللاعبون وعائلاتهم والزوار.

رسوم التسجيل:

رسوم الفئة العمرية من 18-40 هو 170 ريال

رسوم الفئة العمرية من 10-17 سنه هو 150 ريال

رسوم الفئة العمرية من 6-9 هو 35 ريال

سداد رسوم التسجيل سيكون في يوم الوزن والفحص الطبي.

بعد قبول اللاعب يتم الدفع عن طريق مدى/SPAN، سواء ببطاقة الصراف أو Apple Pay.
