This prestigious event is open to competitors of all ages and experience levels, including kids, teenagers, juveniles, across all belt divisions.

NZBJJF Membership Requirement:
All competitors must possess a current NZBJJF membership to participate in this event. Membership is mandatory for entry into all NZBJJF events nationwide.

Age Groups and IBJJF Rules:
The NZBJJF adheres to the IBJJF guidelines for calculating competitor age groups based on their birthdate (as of December 31st of the event year).
- Example: A competitor born on September 12, 2008, will compete in the 13-Year-Old Age Group.

Weight Categories:
Weight divisions for both Gi & No-Gi will be based on net weight, with appropriate allowances for the Gi. For instance, in the 79kg Gi division, the net weight must be under 79kg, and the total gross weight (including the Gi) must not exceed 82.3kg.
Registration & Refund Policy:
- Early Bird Registration:
- Register early to take advantage of a discount! Register for both Gi & No-Gi to receive a reduced price.
- Kids Registration:
- One division: $ 45
- Two divisions: $65 (a $25 discount)
- Refund Policy:
- A 90% refund is available if cancellation occurs before registration closes.After registration closes, you may request a partial refund on Checking Day. However, no refunds will be issued after this period.
Important Notice for Parents and Caregivers:
To avoid any inconvenience or disappointment on the day of the event, please ensure that children are registered in the correct weight division.
- Weigh-in Policy: If a child exceeds the registered weight division on the event day, they will be disqualified immediately.No division changes will be allowed on the event day, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
