Svi sudionici moraju online potpisati „Izjavu o odricanju odgovornosti“.

Kotizacija za sportaše do 18 godina iznosi 35€.
Ako se natjecatelj prijavi u obje discipline, ukupna cijena iznosi 50€

5.2 Pravila
Pravila po kojem će se natjecanje održati su važeća pravila JJIF-a:

5.3 Vaganje
Natjecatelji se važu u majici kratkih rukava i kratkim hlačama. Nema tolerancije.
5.4 Sustav natjecanja
Natjecanje će se odvijati prema prilagođenom JJIF sustavu ždrijebanja prikazanog poglavlju 4.4. JJIF Sports and Organization Rules >>> link
Prilikom dodjele odličja pobjednici na postolju moraju biti bez obuće.
Ukoliko bude mogućnosti, natjecanje će biti snimano streaming sustavom.
5.5 Oprema sportaša
Svaki natjecatelj m/ž za nastup mora imati kimono. Natjecatelji će smjeti koristiti kimona bijele, plave i crne boje. Za kontrolu ispravnosti odgovorni su treneri i natjecatelji. Kimono mora biti sukladno dimenzijama navedenim u Pravilnika JJIF Sportsand Organization Rules >>> link
5.6 Treneri
Pravila ponašanja i odijevanja trenera sukladno prema JJIF SOR (JJIF Sports and Organization Rules) >>> link
U natjecateljski prostor dozvoljen samo trenerima s akreditacijom. Trenerima nije dopušteno biti u kratkim hlačama i natikačama.
5.7 Registracija i liječnički pregled
Turnir je otvorenog tipa i mogu nastupati svi sportaši s važećom liječničkom potvrdom. Valjanost liječničke potvrde provjeravaju matični klubovi.
6. MJERE SIGURNOSTI
Za sve vrijeme natjecanja tehnički organizator mora osigurati propisanu redarsku službu. Svi natjecatelji nastupaju na vlastitu odgovornost.
7. GDPR
Odgovorna osoba kluba dužna je obavijestiti natjecatelje da nastupom na turniru daju Organizatoru pravo na pohranu podataka, obradu podataka i rezultata te u slučaju snimanje borbi odnosno video materijala koji će biti korišten u cilju ispravka sudačke odluke i live prijenosa, kao i dostavu informaciju o rezultatima medijima.
8. ŽDRIJEB – POSEBNA NAPOMENA
Ždrijeb će se održavati bez prisutnosti trenera. Klubovi koji u pojedinim kategorijama imaju 3 i više natjecatelja trebaju na svoje prijavne liste posebno napisati dvojicu natjecatelja koje žele razdvojiti na žrijebu.

5.6 Registration
This is an open tournament and it is open to all athletes with valid medical certificate. Clubs are responsible that their members have valid certificates.
6. SAFETY
For the entire duration of the competition, the technical organizer must provide the prescribed security service. All competitors perform at their own risk.
7. GDPR
The responsible person of the club is obliged to inform the competitors that by participating in the JJKURG, they give the Organizer the right to store data, process data and results, and in the case of recording fights, i.e. video material that will be used for the purpose of correcting the referee's decision and live broadcast, as well as providing information about the results to the media.
8. DRAW - SPECIAL NOTE
The draw will be held without the presence of the coach. Clubs that have 3 or more competitors in certain categories should separately write two competitors on their application lists that they want to separate by lot.
